Lecturer positions at the Faculty of Business

The Faculty of Business is currently seeking lecturers and senior lecturers for the following fields:

• Economics
• Finance
• Marketing
• Management

The Faculty of Business at Asian University is seeking terminally qualified full-time and part-time faculty committed to excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service. International education and/or teaching experience are required as is evidence of research activity. Outstanding communication skills with both Thai and cross-cultural sensitivity are expected. Successful candidates will teach undergraduate as well as graduate courses and participate in student guidance on Independent Studies and Thesis, and serve on faculty committees.

Sports Officer

Qualifications:

• Female
• Bachelor degree in Sports Science or relevant field
• Able to coach Badminton and Squash
• Some English language skills
• 1-2 years experience

Registration Officer

 Job Description:

• Participate in the development of a computerized university registration system.
• Key in using the database system in Registrar Office.
• Prepare registration documents.
• Schedule classes in coordination with the academic faculties.
• Provide information services to other divisions.
• Participate in all administrative work in the Registration office.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business in Computing or related fields.
• PC literate, with particular familiarity in computer-based organization systems and Microsoft Access.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

International Student Activities Organizer (Student Affairs)

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• B.A in English/English Communication or B.A. in Hospitality Management. (International Programme)
• Event Management experience appreciated.
• Recently qualified graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken plus computer skills.
• Experience not necessary, but involvement in University Students Unions would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills especially with the younger generation
• Live-in (shared accommodation) if required.

Teacher Assistant

Qualifications

• Male/Female, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in any field

Duties

• Assist teachers and take care of High School students at the dormitory
• Work well with others
• Some knowledge of English

Librarian

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor degree in Library or  Information Science
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience of library automated system, word processing, Excel and other software programs
• Ability to work accurately, quickly with the team and have flexibility, service mind
• At least 2 years experience

Audio-Visual Assistant

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Minimum - a Diploma in Education Technology or related field
• Knowledge of word processing, Excel and other software programs
• Ability to work accurately, quickly with the team and have flexibility
• Some experience in setting up Audio Visual equipment and sound system would be an advantage.
• Some English language skills.

Sports Officer

• Bachelor degree in Sports Science or relevant field
• Able to coach Basketball team
• Some English language skills
• Experience 1-2 years
