Student life at Asian University

This section provides you with an idea how life as an international student at Asian University might be, from some background information to tips for living on or off campus, about the nearby beach resorts Jomtien and Pattaya, our Sports Center for on-campus activities, the Student Union as your supportive representative, and the contributions of the alumni. Certainly, an introduction to Thai culture, people and treasures is avaliable as well.

By the way: There are certainly no tigers on campus.

Your one-stop service center: Student Affairs

"We are here to help."

This simple motto describes best our approach to our students. What ever it is, we feel responsible to find a solution to your problem, from advising you before you apply, taking care of your first steps at Asian University, to supporting you in solving any technical or bureaucratic problems you may face during your studies.

Together with the Student Union, we support you also out of class. You want to travel around, look for particular sports opportunities, need tickets for an event? Let us know. We'll see what we can do.

Because we work in all aspects of a student's life, we are also best equipped to organize the annual International Summer University: An Asian Experience.

Airport pick-up

One of our well-accepted services is our airport pick-up. It's not that nice when you arrive in a huge airport for the first time ever, then have to search for a taxi or anybody who can offer you a lift. We avoid all that by having somebody waiting for you when you leave customs, who then brings you comfortably to Asian University.

You probably want to live on campus first, before you later opt for living off-campus when a bit more experienced about places and prices are in Thailand. Anyway, if you opted to stay in a hotel in Jomtien or Pattaya, our pick-up service will take you there.
